Our services are based on a “contingent search” arrangement.

A contingent search is a conditional agreement, between Caribbean Executive Search and its client(s). The client will provide Caribbean Executive Search information pertaining to its open position(s) including particulars such as position description, titles, compensation figures, required experience and education, geographic parameters. Caribbean Executive Search will provide the client with its recruiting services, which include our staff, actuarial candidates from students to Fellows, engineers, accountants, financial analysts and other eligible candidates.

In a contingent search, the client provides no up-front financial incentive to Caribbean Executive Search, while Caribbean Executive Search provides no guarantee in regard to number of candidates contacted or number of candidates interviewed.

It is a conditional agreement in which any payment to Caribbean Executive Search is contingent upon the successful placement of a candidate in the position. All of the financial risk is, therefore, borne by Caribbean Executive Search.  A fee will be paid to Caribbean Executive Search only when the client hires a candidate presented by Caribbean Executive Search. 

It is in the interest of Caribbean Executive Search to satisfy the needs of every client, and as such, we will work hard to satisfy the hiring needs of every client.
